Sailing from Southampton your journey begins. First stop is Madeira – the ‘Garden Isle’. Stroll the streets of Funchal, take a scenic levada walk, take a cable car up to the summit for great views and enjoy an infamous toboggan ride. Your first destination in the Canaries is La Palma. This charming little island boasts a historic old quarter and the spectacular Caldera de Taburiente.

Next you can discover Gran Canaria. Playa del Ingles is one of the liveliest and best-known beaches in this part of the world. Other attractions include the stunning Maspalomas sand dunes and the traditional towns of Arucas and Teror. From here Azura hops to Tenerife, the largest of these islands. From bustling seaside resorts to the breathtaking scenery of Mount Teide National Park, it offers plenty to see and do.

Heading up the coast of the Iberian Peninsula, you call into Lisbon, Portugal’s historic capital. A tram ride along its winding streets is a great way to see this architecturally rich city. Your final destination before you cruise back to Southampton is Vigo. This charming Spanish city is your gateway to the beautiful Galicia region or the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
