About the cruise
Fly to Barbados, a richly diverse island with glorious beaches. Onwards next, to Antigua. Hosting Admiral Horatio Nelson’s fleet in the late 1700’s, today its bustling harbours are equally as glamorous. Bursting with turn-of-the-century Caribbean charm, Grand Turk is known for its sugary white shores, calm blue waters and charming gingerbread verandas.
Bounty hunters in search of paradise – found it on Cayo Levantado. Stroll around the island, then relax with a typical Dominican lunch as you gaze across the shimmering sea. Next, Ventura sails you to the perfect beaches and gorgeous countryside of St. Kitts. Visit Basseterre, the little capital, or the unconquerable Brimstone Hill Fortress.
Dominated by the majestic twin peaks of Les Pitons, St. Lucia is a welcoming and beautiful place. The original ‘Dr. Doolittle’ musical was filmed here in Marigot Bay.St. Maarten is half French, with bistros and boulangeries; half Dutch, with Heineken and traditional gabled shops. But completely beguiling.
Experience the ‘undiscovered’ Caribbean in Tortola. The most easy-going of the islands, it also has some of the loveliest beaches. Dominica is covered with breathtaking scenery and the natural beauty of lakes, waterfalls and gorges. It’s also right on the path of the whale's northern migration, and boat trips offer a great opportunity for spotting.
St. Vincent is lush and green and dotted with little villages, typifying Vincentian culture. Kingstown, the capital, is home to the oldest botanical gardens in the western hemisphere. Arriving back in Barbados, disembark for an overnight flight back to the UK.
