About the cruise

Embark Oriana in Southampton and relax for a few days on board as you sail towards Madeira. This ‘Garden Isle’ is bursting with colour and a levada walk, along part of the ancient irrigation system, is an excellent way to fully appreciate the stunning scenery. From here, head across the Atlantic to visit St. Maarten, an island of two halves – one Dutch and one French, and St. Lucia, cloaked in verdant rainforests with a skyline dominated by the dramatic twin peaks of Les Pitons.

Next an adventure experienced by few; a transit of the Panama Canal. Watch as the Gatun Locks skim the sides of your ship and marvel at the engineering mastery used to create such an immense landmark. As you emerge from the canal, Acapulco is your penultimate stop before you sail under the magnificent Golden Gate Bridge into San Francisco Bay.
