About the cruise

In 2010 Oriana will embark on her 14th world voyage. Join her for part of this iconic journey as she sails from Sydney to Southampton and enjoy the celebrations high on deck to bid farewell to the striking Harbour Bridge and bright white sails of the Opera House as you slowly cruise through bustling Sydney Harbour. Your adventure continues in Brisbane before Oriana arrives in an area of outstanding natural beauty; the Whitsunday Islands. From both here and your next port of call, Cairns, it’s possible to visit the beautiful Great Barrier Reef. The vibrant city of Hong Kong, via Manila, marks your arrival in the Orient. With a full day and evening ashore, there’s ample opportunity to explore streets lined with flawless mirrored skyscrapers and shops laden with futuristic gadgets and gizmos. The next two weeks bring an eclectic mix of beach life and city life as Arcadia winds her way along the coasts of Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. Mumbai, the Middle East – including a transit of the Suez Canal – Athens and Lisbon all feature on your return leg, before Southampton welcomes you back to the UK.
