Booking Restrictions

Please note the following:

Deposits of 10% are required at time of booking via Mastercard, VISA, American Express or Diners Club credit cards. Please note that if your cruise departs within 56 days of booking, the full balance of your holiday will be payable at time of booking.

Only passengers residing in the UK are able to book via the E-CHO system.

In order for us to offer you our best service, you must telephone our Reservations Centre on 0845678 00 14 to make a booking in the following circumstances:

• If your party exceeds 4 passengers on a single booking.
• If you wish to book either a world cruise or associated line voyage.
• If you or a member of your party are travelling with an infant(s) between the ages of 6 months and 2 years. Please note that we are unable to accept bookings for any children, who, at your chosen departure date, are aged less than 6 months.
• If you, or a member of your party uses or requires the use of a wheelchair and/or you wish to book one or more cabins for non-ambulant passengers.
• If you, or a member of your party has a dietary requirement, a medical condition which may necesitate special treatment or a disability meaning you or the member of your party may have special requirements.
