| The first night anticipation of who's going to be seated at the table with you, gets me ever time. Also handing the car keys over knowing that i wont be driving for x numbers of days. Sailing into Venice at about 06.30 with the mist raising. I know it more than 1 but i could not make my mind up. Regards Kerry

So many memories but I think I will always treasure the caribbean roundtrip cruise and the fantastic day we had with our boys on the beach on Barbados, that lovely warm sea, warm people and beautiful beach. Stayed on that beach until the last possible minute with the lovely local taxi driver waiting for us.

My greatest cruise memory (out of hundreds of fantastic ones) is standing on the balcony of the Grand Harbour hotel in Southampton at 6.30am on the morning of our first cruise, in Sept '05 and seeing Oceana sail up Southampton water to her berth ready to take us away later that day. The sight of this ship was an awesome sight to behold, because nothing you ever heard, or read, about your first cruise can prepare you for that first view. Never having been face to face with a cruise ship, the sheer size of her was gobsmacking, and I have to admit to getting quite emotional. That was the moment that the cruise bug bit, and we've been infected with cruise fever ever since.
Regards from two cruise crazy guys ;-) Live for the nights you wont remember with the friends you'll never forget!!
Oceana '05 '06 '07, Aurora '07, Ventura'08, Oriana '08.Ventura Jul '09 August '09 Sept '09, Azura Sept '10.

| Best memory - It has to be Bonaire on the Sea Princess 3 years ago. It was an ordinary day, nothing special happened but it was just a fantastic day. We had been on the beach and spend some time swimming. We had a walk round the town, chatted to some really nice people. Got back to our balcony overlooking the quayside. The steel drums started up again. It was still really warm with the sun just starting to set. The drinks had just been delivered to our cabin. We just sat and gazed out over the landscape, taking in the sights, sounds and smells. It really was one of those 'good to be alive' and 'we are so lucky' moments.

| Hi Dave, Best memory of P&O was our first cruise, arriving in Southampton spoting the yellow funnel of the old Arcadia, the sailaway party with streamers, the wife with a tear in her eye when the band played 'sailing' ( my eyes were affected by a sudden gust of wind). So many good ports to mention, but most recently the arrival into Venice was worth getting up for. Sherbro.

My favorite memory is the sail-a-way parties on board, when there are other ships in port, with both ships blasting their horns to out do one another.
