| Hi Having cruised 3 times to warm climates we are thinking of trying the Fjiords next year. Any advice or comments gratefully received - best time of year to go - best ship to go on - 7 10 or 14 days? Sheena

| Hi, We went a couple of years ago in JUNE, and we were very lucky with the weather and had only one and a half wet days. It is a wonderful cruise, do the 14 days. Probably Mid-June and all of July would be best, and the 24 hour days are in June. We went on Aurora and it was great. Enjoy, Margot

We went this year on Oceana for a week in June and like JTD had fantastic weather, would not hesitate to go again, even if the weather was not so good. I think you will find they only do 7 days, unless you do Iceland as well. Thought Oceana was a great ship to go on, due to the view you get from the plazza self service restaurant, both as you sail in and whilst you are in port.

| #We went to fjords, iceland and ireland at the end of July this year. Highly recommended but, in hindsight, if we went again would probably go more May/June and visit the North Cape to see the Midnight Sun. Iceland is amazing and would like to visit Greenland on our next visit.

| I think you get a fair view from anywhere on any ship.. we had a nice dinner for two in the grill on Artemis sailing down Sonjefjord. Breakfast was always outside at the back with wonderful views.

| Essjay: the Fjords scenery is amazing and definitely worth seeing, probably late June/August time would be best. If you can include a trip to Iceland (Reykjavik and Akuryeri) then that would be even better. Iceland is fantastic and, for me, even surpassed the scenery in the Fjords.
