Just trying to help, but there has been quite a bit about these flights so if you try a search you will get(hopefully) lots of info...

Heaven, I believe the upgrade is so worth it that it is unlikely I would book for a Caribbean cruise if I could not get premium. I am 6 foot 3 and so thankful for the extra legroom.

Good choice on your part I would say!

Done Cunard, P&O, Celebrity, Silversea, Crystal.

Now what should I try next?

Hmmm

We entirely agree with MrLottie. The upgrade is well worth the extra money.  You get priority boarding on the aircraft too. Enjoy !

I am in the camp that can take it or leave it ... I generally can find much better uses for £400.  The premium seats are usually in a 2-3-2 configuration (so do not assume that you will be able to sit beside your partner).  If you are in one of the older 3-3-3 configuration planes then the premium seats may well be worth it however several people have told me that they have felt a bit short changed if the plane is in the more spacious 2-4-2 configuration.

Julie has to spend much of the flight sitting very upright and as far forward on the seat as she can, so she doesn't really benefit from premium .... I would probably spend more of the flight on my feet than in my seat so again a premium seat does not make that much difference.

We have flown TC premium quite a few times.  The last time was in June when we flew on their new airbus to Florida, nice plane, and the premium cabin was only about a quarter full.

For us its not the drinks/food/games its the legroom that counts for us.  As we always say, a cheese sandwich would be fine, JUST GIMME THE LEG ROOM!!
