I know those with dietary requirements get to see them.

Anyone can see the next evening's menu - the wine waiters (if they still exist) have them to help with ordering your wine for the following night.

Thank you all for your informative replies.  Does anyone know whether Azura will have an outside dining area, or where the best views will be from whilst dining? (Maybe that's where the select dining willl come in!)  I understand it's similar to Ventura in layout.

david m. => If you ask, menus will be given to you at dinner the night before

Julie can be a fussy eater so the waiter would always bring her the menu just in case there was nothing she fancied (apart from me) then she could maybe pre-order a baked potato or something

We have only cruised twice before, neither times with P&O. We are leaving on |dec 18th, to the  Canaries (X921). I have noticed a distinct lack of info from P&O, compared to others.

With regard to Derek's comment on the extra charge for premium dining, what does  " low supplement" actually amount to?

Thanks.

The menu for that night is always displayed outside the main dining restaurant from early in the morning (may be even late on the night before). I'm sure my parents have said it can be brought the table the night before if there are any diners that have dietary concerns or just particular about their food.

The menus for the speciality dining are on display from the moment you board.

We were on Oceana earlier this year - one night the main menu didn't really stand out so we thought we'd give MPW a whirl. Whilst the MPW menu at a glance lacked the WOW factor, be aware, it is severely understated!! It was one of best meals we'd had onboard (even though the chips were cold!). It is cuisine at a different level - the fish soup was simply stunning (10 times better than the description sounded on the menu). The portions are still quite generous - we had no room for the cold chips ... or even pudding for that matter!

It's down to personal taste & preference ... do you want to pay a little bit more for something that would cost you a whole lot more offshore! We've several "celeb Chef" restaurants on our doorstep at home and believe me, £5-£7.50 is an absolute bargain for what you'd pay for a superb meal.

On Oriana, the supplement in the Rhodes restaurant is £15 per person
