| Colin insisted this morning that I didn't go to my club this morning just in case I am carrying this swine flu. I have a sore throat and headache as I did yesterday but that is all. Not entirely sure if I can get it twice anyway but, as Colin said, I could be carrying the virus even if I don't have it full blown this time. He is fine. So, I stayed in this morning and also tonight, I haven't been to church for the same reason. Mavis x

| Mandy came and took Colin food shopping this morning and I have been catching up on e-mails and phone calls a bit. David came round this afternoon to check we were OK. He didn't stay long just enough to make sure we didn't need anything doing and to remind me about next Monday morning and Manchester. Mavis x

| I have been checking up on insurance for the vis. imp. club. We haven't bothered about it before but have been thinking it is time we did. To insure all our equipment and also include public liability (in case a laptop blows up on somebody and they fall back and hurt themselves) it will cost £245. a year. Not sure how this compares as there aren't many companies who deal with liability for clubs for the vulnerable - NOW - Can you see me as being classed as vulnerable????? However, on paper we all are from the club. Mavis x

| It was fine and sunny this morning but became quite cold this afternoon. We have the heating back on again. Just lately it has been so mild we have hardly had the heating on at all. This evening it is well turned up. Must be changing into a cold fish.............. CodHead Mave x

| Good evening my darling.. Great day here, we now actually have some brick wall above ground! Did a bit more work outside, after seeing the solicitor, now trying to understand the lease, written in the finest gobodle gook! HC cross eyed

| Yes, she is reading the local free paper, when I learn to read I shall be able to read it too! I read proper english, but lots now use text shortcuts, no punctuation, no paragraphs, sad isn't it. HC x

| Darling: Always use a magnifier and read the small print. It takes a long time and a lot of studying but sometimes it makes a lot of difference if there is one small clause that you don't agree with but can't read because it is at the bottom of the 45th page in tiny print that can't be read!!!!!!! I read through all David's contracts and long drawn out papers as he speed reads and misses some important bits sometimes. I stopped him agreeing to one insurance contract and getting another because I didn't think it was quite right in the details. Mavis x
