| Hiya, My partner and i will be on the above cruise is April next year. We will be stopping at: Lisbon, Mallorca, Barcelona, Cannes, Florence, Rome & Gibraltar. My partner is 100% confined to a wheelchair - has anyone done any arranged tours with P&O in Lisbon or Mallorca - i know we won't be able to do Cannes. Mee Mee has already given me some great advice regarding Rome - thank you Mee Mee, really grateful. Any advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Tictac

My pleasure Tictac.
P&O do an organised tour for those in a wheelchairs to Lisbon but when I booked this on our last cruise it was cancelled due to poor take up. However P&O provide a free accessible shuttle bus into the town which is well worth a visit so if this is your first time to Lisbon I would do this rather than a tour.

| Hiya Mee Mee thank you again for your reply and all your info. The shuttle bus sounds perfect for us - that way we can take things at our own pace... I know it's five months till the cruise but i suspect i may be pestering you again for more tips and stuff (if that's okay) Thanks again, we really appreciate your help... Tictac

Just before you go P&O will send you out a Disability info book along with the specialised tours it will also have accessibility info on each port of call i.e. if the port area is even, how far to town and if there is an accessible shuttle bus or if there are accessible vehicles for hire. It is great. I think you get it about 2 - 4 weeks before you sail.
