| I'm on Ventura at the moment and booked a tour towards the end of last week online. It said that I should receive confirmation within 24-48 hours and to contact them if I hadn't. I've still received nothing, and no replies to emails. The tour is for this Friday and I don't know what else to do. Phoning from the ship will cost me more than the deposit I've paid. It's sod's law that if I book the P&O equivalent (if it's still available) that Glory Tours will come through. Anyone had a similar experience? It's costing me a fortune to keep logging on to see if they've got back to me!

| Had a reply from a local person I know, she says that Sarah Taylor (owner) is bad at replying & that people have had issues with them, but in general they do a good tour, let you know if I hear more or have any suggestions.

We used Glory Tours a year or so ago. Very good tour, right round the island and ended up with a swim with the turtles.

actually JTD.. I like you.. but this statement is a bit over the top.. not all Barbadians are notoriously lax about replying to things. so that sweeping statement is incredibly offensive to those of us who actually do answer e-mails in a timely manner.
to the original poster. I hope that you sorted things out with Glory Tours and that you ended up with a good day in Barbados on Friday. it was a very nice day to be on the island.

| Sorry, didn't mean to imply that ALL Barbadians are lax, but some businesses no not reply in a timely manner & this does cause concern for those not aware of the way of life on the island.
