Yes, the Government of the UK ie England, Wales, Scotland and NI, who all return 650 MPs to the Westminster parliament, of which a government is formed by one or more parties that can command a majority in the House.

| LBotch: No, not a joke. A seriously unpleasant and unconstructive comment about a democratic party that is currently the governing party. I welcome constructive discourse that criticises democratic partys' policies. However, "scum" and the "E" word do not and should not enter into the vocabulary of such discourse. They should only be reserved for partys that promote race-hate, like the BNP.
