| I am having the same problem with my e mails not getting replied to by staff in southampton regarding a question I have about my forthcoming cruise. My next e mail IS to Ms. Marlow. Does anyone have an e mail address for her before I phone her PA to enquire. Sharon

| Since we have come home from our first little cruise I have sent a couple of emails to P and O. So, we got home on Monday afternoon, and I suppose I sent an email on Monday evening, and then possibly one on Tuesday. I have already received prompt and kind replies to both emails from P and O. Sorry guys, I don't know why, but I have never had a problem in receiving prompt and helpful replies by email from P and O. Cheers
