| Greetings from Artemis 3rd november much smoother sailing and the sun was out enjoyed an hour on the balcony.Another meeting of the ccr's was held in the horizon bar. Chris & I tried the Grill and the food was excellent as was the ambience and service. Well I do not know how he did it but Captain Mark Symond brought is in to Maderia almost on time. Whilst having breakfast on the balcony we docked at 8am, not bad going for an old ship, that piece of elastic used to mend said clutch is doing well - LOL !!!!!! Did the cable car and toboggan tour , never again !!!! Sail away was great fun and the cocktail of the day - Harvey Wallbanger was delicious as was the sight of Billy limbo dancing - I will say no more ! Enjoyed Dixie land jazz session before evening meal. I will say bye for now and go and have a large G & T before dinner. Debbie xx

Hiya - don't tell me you have a different Captain? I thought Jon Hobbs was on until 28 November?
Anyway, glad you made Madeira on time.

| Debbie, Thanks for that report. We are on board a week on Saturday, not that we are excited or anything! Our first ever cruise! Please keep the reports coming. Cheers! Brian & Jean

| Hello. Well the clocks went back one hour. And guess who forgot, Went down for breakfast at six, to be told to come back in a hour. Well we had a fantastic day yesterday the tour with Strawberry world is a bargain and to all the people that have been thinking about booking the tour, believe me its a must. Well at last the weather is looking a lot better the sun is out, and I will be going up to the crystal pool and putting towels on at least three beds one in the sun and one in the shade and one near the bar. We have another formal night tonight. Since we left its been two semi one casual two formal, think it will be more casual when is gets warmer. The food on board is well up to the standard that p&o offers. And its getting better by the day. To all of you that will be sailing on Artemis in the coming months you will not be let down. The entertainment is the best I have had in all the years of cruising. Will post all about that when I have a better head on. Must go now. Jean hope you not wishing you were here, we all raised a glass to you, on our first meeting. Billy. xx

| Lioness, Jon Hobbs was only on board from 1 September - 31 October. He told us when we were on board. Back to reality yet.

Hi Billy - am sitting at home this evening with a roaring log fire and glad to be home. Had a wonderful time, but enough is enough. Only problem is, nobody made my bed this morning, and I had to serve my own dinner. So if you could pop down to Table 99 and ask Mark & Abi just what they think they are playing at, I would be grateful. Tut!
