| I KNOW THERE HAS BEEN A BIG RESPONSE OF DISGUST AT P&O..HOW CAN P&O DO IT TO LOYAL PAST PASSENGERS..HERE IS OUR STORY....My husband and 3 friends booked for a month, my sister and husband 2 weeks TO CELEBRATE 40th WEDDING ANIVERSARY Our daughter and husband to be 2 weeks, My daughter wanted to get married on board but with relatives unable to travel THE NEXT BEST THING...RENEW WEDDING VOWS....A DREAM COME TRUE.... PACKAGE PAID FOR....THEN THE BOMBSHELL...2 WEEK CRUISES CANCELLED ,,,We all booked together so we could celebrate 2 wonderful occasions...that we would never forget..........SADLY IT WAS A DREAM BROKEN.....NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE 4 WEEKS HOLIDAY.........I HAVE ASKED P&O IF THEY CAN FIND US ALL A SIMILAR CRUISE ........SAME PRICE IN THE CARIBBEAN .............I DOUBT IF THEY WILL EVEN TRY.THEY WILL HOPE ALL WILL BE FORGOTTEN...I WONDER HOW MANY HAVE BEEN LEFT DISSAPOINTED AND LET DOWN...TO ALL WHO HAVE BOOKED WITH P&O THE BEST OF LUCK...

| Just an update about refunds for canceled cruise......Received a letter saying expect a Refund in .........4 to 6 weeks........WHAT ABOUT THE INTEREST FOR THE TIME THEY HAVE HELD DEPOSITS...........P & O COULD GIVE SOME SORT OF GOODWILL GESTURE ON THE INTEREST THEY HAVE EARNED........WILL THEY EVER GET IT RIGHT AGAIN ON CUSTOMER CARE............

Why should it take 4-6 weeks . I think P&O are having a giraffe at the expense of others.
