We have been loyal to Bolsover in the past but my experience is the service isn't quite as good as it used to be. Perhaps they are getting too big? Will ring round, Cruisekings, Bath Travel as well now.

Jane Chadwick at Go Cruise for excellent deals and 100% customer service, she really is amazing 5* for everything! I dont think you will find a cruise agent who has been on as many cruises as Jane, she has vast knowledge and experience.

Best quote On line was from CruiseKings, but my local Travel Agent gave me a better quote, also a deal on the Insurance.

Gillett and CruiseKing get our vote.

Both are helpful, efficient and good value.

Cruise Kings are very good, but we have noticed on our last couple of cruises that they just send the tickets in a plastic wallet without even the courtesy of a compliment slip, or even a wish that we will enjoy our holiday.  Maybe we are being picky, but experience with other travel agents has shown this to be a common courtesy.  Their discounts are often matched by Thomas Cook Direct, but out of loyalty to Cruise Kings, we choose to go with them.  Maybe time for a change.

We always get three prices - One from Liverpool Cruise Club, our local Co-op and Bolsover.  Bolsover always come up trumps and are very helpful and polite.  I would NEVER go into a travel agents office, it would drive me crazy, so always via the phone.
