We have booked with Bolsover for almost 20 years but have to admit they are not as interested as they used to be.Maybe Derek Wilson has retired now and the family are no longer involved.I missed OBC by one day last year and I am sure they must have had some knowledge that P&O were about to announce it.I telephoned when I found out and even though we have booked over 20 cruises with them they said 'nothing they could do'.

Booked again with them for next year cruise mainly for my convenience but I no longer recommend them.

Have booked online with P&O, on board and transferred the booking to Thomas Cook when back ashore, with Bolsover and with Ilkeston Co-Op.  Can't grumble about any of them to be honest.

Maybe I'm easily pleased.
