| Hi Sali Just checked my pics of St Maarten the ship docks at the end of the pier facing in the pics shows two ships side by side then you walk along a pier, there is a water taxi that takes you up to the beach area you can purchase an all day ticket if you want, it does 2 stops one further along the beach area we, will be staying on next time as its better to get to the shopping area from the second stop, & you also dont have to run the gauntlet of them trying to get you to do trips etc

| Thanks Nic Was hoping to find out dock name as we want to go to Maho Bay to watch the planes landing over the beach. Did you see my post about us stopping off at Manchester to refuel on our flight. I think we might be picking up more passengers aswell. 17 weeks Friday. Regards Sali King

| Hey Guys There is an outbreak of dengue fever on St Maarten. http://wordpress.com/tag/dengue-fever/ Take some Deet, or leave the ship mid morning and get back mid afternoon before the mossies get 'busy, Also keep away from any lying water. Ray <----- we will be there in around 3 weeks time

| Hi, St Maartin's dock is to the east side of Great Bay - bottom right hand side of the island. See www.portofstmaarten.com/cruise.htm Easiest way to get around might be to take the water taxi into town, and then pick up a taxi to the airport beach? Have fun - Malcolm
