Peace of mind
Excursions offer you a safe and secure way of exploring ashore. We ensure all our shore excursion providers have insurance and that they have and adhere to their own safety management systems. If an excursion is delayed, the ship will not depart without you, so you won’t need to spend your day clock watching, or worrying about the traffic. Also, if there’s any reason why we have to make a last minute change to the cruise itinerary, you can rest assured that we’ll offer a range of alternatives.
At P&O Cruises we want you to get the most from your time ashore and we have planned our optional shore excursions so they offer the very best of each destination we visit. However, if you wish to explore independently you’ll find that in most instances you’ll be within walking distance of the main sights or public transportation will be available. And of course a limited number of free shuttle buses will be provided if local services are restricted due to where your ship has berthed.
