Nautilus Adventure and Sights

See some of the island’s best features, from above the water, and below.

Boarding the Nautilus semi-submarine, you can explore the underwater paradise that makes Grand Cayman one of the world’s top dive destinations without even dipping a toe in the water. See the fascinating coral reefs and learn all about the sunken wreck of the Cali. From the comfort of your air-conditioned cabin below the water’s surface, you’ll have spectacular views of the Caribbean seascape and colourful tropical fish.

Continuing by coach, your next stop is the Living Heritage Museum of Pedro St James, a plantation house that has been restored to its former glory. After passing through the beautiful area of South Sound, you will arrive at the magnificent house, with its views over the Caribbean sea. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the colourful Caymanian past of this old family plantation and explore the grounds and vibrant tropical gardens.

Finally, you’ll have a chance to sample one of Grand Cayman’s specialities with a brief visit to one of the island’s rum cake centres, before returning to your ship.

Stingray Sailaway

Take a leisurely cruise across the azure waters to encounter the graceful Stingrays at the world famous Stingray Sandbar.

After a brief bus ride, you’ll board the beautiful Allura catamaran for an enjoyable sail out to Cayman’s number one attraction. Relax, soak up the sun or enjoy the cool breeze in the shaded areas during your leisurely sail.

On arrival at Stingray City, you’ll see clearly the wonderful rays, which live in 3 to 6 feet of water. Conditions here are ideal for viewing and interacting with the amazing and gentle Southern Stingrays.

After a safety briefing, you can enter the waters for an amazing encounter. One of the crew will feed the rays and bring them to the surface for you to see. The resident rays are very gentle and quite used to the people in their environment.

Stingrays don’t have teeth, but hard grinding plates and incredible suction power, which you may feel when feeding them. Although Stingrays possess a barb on their tails, they only use this if threatened.

The Trolley Roger - SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Sit back, relax and enjoy a fun and leisurely ride through Georgetown aboard the ‘Trolley Roger’.

Permission to come aboard mates. Enjoy a swashbuckling tour of George Town, Grand Cayman.

The open-air ‘Trolley Roger’ will take you past some of the oldest buildings in Grand Cayman, including the old Caymanian houses in the beautiful residential area of South Sound. As you take in the sights and scenery, you’ll be regaled with tales of some of the island’s visitors throughout history, which have included Sir Francis Drake and the notorious Blackbeard.

After a short stop at a small beach, the journey continues along the scenic coastal road towards Hog Sty Bay and the harbour area, passing McCoy’s Villa. Your tour will end in Georgetown, where you can pick up some ‘booty’ of your own at the nearby shops or return to the tender point.

Nautilus Adventure and Snorkel

Discover the underwater delights of Grand Cayman on the largest semi-submarine in the world.

The perfect tour for those who want to see marine life and stay dry, as well as for those who want to dive right in for a closer look.

After a short bus transfer, you’ll board the Nautilus semi-submarine for some fabulous underwater viewing. Enjoy a fully-narrated tour, which tells you the history and mystery of the eerie shipwrecks, the Cali and the Balboa. Then it’s on to the spectacular, colourful Cheeseburger Reef, where divers will hand-feed the fish at your very own window.

This tour is perfect for families as it’s so flexible. Simply stay on board and remain dry, observing the world of water around you, or don some snorkel gear for a more personal experience with the fish. For the sun lovers, you can even enjoy the sights from the spacious deck of the Nautilus. You can expect to see a huge variety of tropical fish, including Stingrays, Parrotfish, Sergeant Majors and Angelfish. Feed them if you wish, and have them literally eating out of your hand.

Stingray City Express

Whizz out to Grand Cayman’s premier attraction, Stingray City and spend some time with the amazing rays.

Take a short drive passing Seven Mile beach before boarding your motorboat out to Stingray City. On arrival, the experienced crew will give you a briefing before you enter the shallow waters of the sandbar - ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth. This is a perfect environment to see the graceful stingrays as they glide over the sands and around you.

Your crew will teach you all about these fascinating creatures and how to interact with them in a safe and fun manner. The resident rays are incredibly friendly, and after encountering the stingrays first hand, you’ll be a fan of these wonderful creatures for life.

Seven Mile Beach Break

Enjoy one of the most famous and pristine stretches of Cayman beachfront.

Relax and enjoy some time on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Let your cares melt away under the Caribbean sun while enjoying the facilities at Sea Grape Beach, located on the famous 7 mile stretch of beach. You’ll be met on the pier and escorted to your transportation for a fun filled few hours of powder white sand, crystal clear waters and the warm rays of the Caribbean sun.

Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival and your very own lounge chair during your stay. Walk the beach, go for a swim, or simply lay back and soak up the sun. You may choose to purchase some food and drink at the nearby beach bar and grill.

After a relaxing stay on the beach it is time to take the waiting bus back to George Town.

The Atlantis Submarine Experience - SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Enjoy the magic of the underwater world of Grand Cayman on board the incredible Atlantis Submarine.

Cruise through an amazing undersea world at depths of 65 to 100 feet as you embark on a voyage of discovery aboard the Atlantis Submarine. Atlantis Submarine is one of the premier attractions in the Caribbean, providing a unique exposure to a fascinating underwater world.

You’ll board a boat for the short transfer out to the dive site to join the Atlantis Submarine. This ‘aquarium in reverse’ will provide you with a view of a world with marine life in its natural environment. The colour and abundance of spectacular sponge gardens and fascinating coral formations will be unveiled outside your porthole.

All this time Atlantis is maintained at a cool air conditioned temperature and sea level pressure. Experienced crew will point out and describe the sights in detail as the various tropical fish pass within touching distance beyond the portholes.

Cayman Highlights and Turtle Farm - BEST SELLER

Enjoy a visit to Hell, discover Cayman’s Turtle Farm and sample some of the local rum cake.

Setting off from George Town, your journey will take you downtown passing by several famous landmarks including the Peace Memorial and Heroes Square. You’ll also catch sight of the numerous banks for which Grand Cayman is renowned for.

Your journey continues north along the coastline of Seven Mile Beach and on to Hell. Enjoy a short stop at this popular area, known mainly for its unusual and eerie black jagged rock formations, which gave rise to the name Hell. You may even have the chance to send a quick postcard ‘from Hell’ at the post office.

Afterwards, you’ll head to Boatswains Beach Park which is home to the Turtle Farm, part of an ongoing breeding and conservation program. Here you’ll encounter Green Sea, Loggerhead and Hawksbill Turtles and you’ll also have the opportunity to view the Caiman exhibit.

To round off your tour, enjoy a brief visit to one of the islands famous rum cake centres, before returning to the ship.
