Overview

Enjoy a transatlantic Caribbean cruise on Oceana

Relax as you journey across the Atlantic, with plenty of time to savour Oceana’s delights - restaurants, spa, bars, club and lounges. Your first port of call is Madeira, where you can enjoy lush tea, coconut and tropical fruit plantations, fabulous beaches, and of course, those sensational botanical gardens. Next stop – the Caribbean. Swaying palm trees, golden beaches and warm turquoise seas. And don’t forget the rum! These islands have it all – in abundance. But each beautiful island has its own unique flavour with something new to explore…

After picture-perfect St Kitts, Antigua is the perfect place to get into the Caribbean spirit (think blissful relaxation). Then, sample delicious, spicy Creole flavours in Pointe-a-Pitre's restaurants during a day in Guadeloupe. Sailing on over azure seas to St Lucia, tour the dramatic Soufrière volcano, dominated by the twin peaks of Les Pitons. Spend the day here admiring architecture or nature (Oh – and shopping!), then enjoy the sophisticated French charm of Martinique with its tropical hills and pure white sands. For a variety of adventures, St Vincent won’t disappoint – with its fresh seafood, gentle calypso and unspoilt coves, it has an allure all of its own.

You can lose yourself on Kingstown’s cobbled narrow colonial streets, visit the enchanting Dark View Falls, or tour a rum distillery. Spend a day in Grenada with its waterfalls, rainforests, volcanic craters and beaches to die for – especially Grand Anse – just around the bay from St George’s. Then it’s on to Bridgetown, Barbados’ capital, for a day of water sports, stunning nature walks, or a trip to the magnificent Harrison’s Cave complex of caverns and waterfalls. Your final port is Ponta Delgada, in the remote Azores, with her vast, dramatic volcanic crater lakes – Sete Cidades. Then enjoy your final three days relaxing on board Oceana as you sail home.
