Olly Smith

Olly Smith is an award-winning wine expert, TV presenter, foodie and writer. In 2015, he was the UK’s Drinks Ambassador to China and listed in Debrett’s 500, a celebration of Britain’s most inspiring and influential people. He has presented food and wine shows for Food Network and Channel 4 and is a BBC One Saturday Kitchen wine expert. He also writes a wine column for the Mail on Sunday.

Eric Lanlard

Master pâtissier Eric Lanlard has earned himself an international reputation for superlative baked creations for an impressive A-list clientele. He is, according to Vanity Fair magazine, one of the best pâtissiers in the world.

James Martin

Yorkshire-born James became a head chef at the tender age of 22. Now one of the nation’s best-loved chefs, he has a passion for hearty British cooking. For 10 years, he helped the nation wake up at the weekend as the face of the BBC’s popular cookery show Saturday Kitchen.

Marco Pierre White

Marco Pierre White, the legendary godfather of British cooking, is a leading light in the culinary world. His career is long and illustrious. At 24, he was the head chef and joint owner of Harveys and, aged 33, he was the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin stars. For the past 10 years, Marco’s collaboration with P&O Cruises and his passion for fresh, top-quality ingredients has helped to raise the bar of on-board dining.

Atul Kochhar

Atul Kochhar blazes the trail in Indian fine dining. Born in Jamshedpur in Eastern India, his reputation brought him to London in 1994. In 2001, he became the first Indian chef to be awarded a coveted Michelin star for his work at Tamarind. In 2003, he opened Benares in London, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2007.
