A new, alternative method for paying your outstanding cruise balance is now available

We want to make your holiday as relaxing and stress-free as possible – and that includes during the booking process. That’s why we’ve launched our new online balance payment service.

 

Where previously guests would need to pay their balance over the phone or by cheque, our online balance payment service provides guests who have made a direct booking in GBP with an alternative method to pay outstanding balances in full. Simply log in using your first name, last name, date of birth and booking reference (the six digit reference found on your booking confirmation) to see your outstanding balance, the date it is due and to make a payment on our secure payment facility.

 

All major payment cards will be accepted. It’s quick, easy, convenient to use and is available 24/7. Log on here.
