Join Ventura as she heads North - and straight back to nature

Spectacular scenery, enchanting towns, buzzing cities and so much more. From the urban chic of Reykjavik to the otherworldly wilderness of the Faroe Islands, this 14-night holiday shows you both sides of a magical region, with a couple of visits to classic UK cities on the way home.

Settle into the pace of cruise life and experience the delights of Ventura as you sail from Southampton to Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands. Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the surrounding area before heading to Akureyri. Found in a stunning setting on Iceland’s longest fjord, Eyjafjordur, the city has a wonderful botanical garden – despite its proximity to the Arctic Circle.

After a call at Isafjördur, where you can kayak, hike or play golf, you’ll enjoy two full days in chic Reykjavik. Bathe in the soothing waters of the Blue Lagoon, ride a 4x4 to a sub-glacier ice cave, or simply soak up the cosmopolitan café culture.

From Greenock, visit Glasgow, a city of intriguing history, shipbuilding heritage and contemporary culture. And in Belfast, take your pick from tours to numerous historic sites including the Crumlin Road Gaol, Hillsborough Castle and the wonderful Titanic Experience, before you enjoy a relaxing sailing home.
