1. Choose the forum that you wish to read or participate in (see below). |

2. Once you have chosen a forum in which you would like to participate, you can chose one of the following actions, which will allow you to either reply to an existing topic, add a new topic, or to start a poll on the topic. |

| 3. In order to reply or post a message, you will need to use a form like the one below. When you have finished writing your message, you need to click 'Post New Topic'. | |||
