Cruise wedding receptions

Whether you are celebrating as a couple, with close friends and family or as a large group, we can make all the necessary arrangements for you to help you enjoy your wedding celebrations at sea.

Small and intimate

If you are planning on an exclusive cruise wedding reception, you may opt for an intimate evening meal in one of our Select Dining* venues:

On Arcadia and Oriana you might choose to dine in one of our exclusive restaurants created by esteemed British chef Gary Rhodes - Arcadian Rhodes or Oriana Rhodes at the Curzon. Alternatively on Arcadia you could opt for the oriental themed Orchid Restaurant.

Ventura offers the culinary expertise of Marco Pierre White in his restaurant The White Room, or exotic creations in East, Ventura's Pan-Pacific restaurant.

On Oceana, you can indulge in a succulent steak under the stars at the Horizon Grill, or opt for a choice from Café Jardin, situated high above the dramatic atrium and endorsed by Marco Pierre White.

Aurora offers an equally enticing experience dining al fresco in the Pennant Grill, or features speciality French fare in Marco Pierre White's Café Bordeaux.

Whilst on Artemis, you may wish to opt for Select Dining in the Grill, which is served in The Conservatory, and offers an enticing choice of fare, including mixed grills and seared tuna steak.

Traditional wedding luncheon

If your wedding ceremony is planned for the morning and you would like a small and informal cruise wedding reception over lunch, a separate table can be laid out for you in one of our main restaurants where you will be served with our set wedding menu. Table place cards, tea and coffee jugs are supplied free of charge. Please note that we are unable to offer exclusive use of the venue and this option is only available for morning weddings. Private wedding luncheon

Arcadia/Oriana/Ventura For groups of 30 or more, on Arcadia we can reserve either Arcadian Rhodes or The Orchid Restaurant for your private wedding luncheon. On Oriana, Oriana Rhodes at the Curzon is available and on Ventura, you can choose from either The White Room or East. Table place cards, tea and coffee jugs are supplied free of charge. Buffets

Depending upon group size, we can lay on a choice of three sumptuous buffets in one of our well-appointed function rooms. The Wedding Reception Buffet (Cold Selection) or the Wedding Reception Finger Buffet for 10 or more guests, and the Deluxe Wedding Reception Buffet for 30 or more guests. Canapés

Alternatively, you can choose from a range of canapés to celebrate your wedding celebrations at sea. Depending on the size of the group, and the time requested, canapés can be served in your cabin or to a function room. Please note, however, that it may not be possible to offer exclusive use of the room.

Wines and champagnes

To complement your chosen celebration, you can choose from a range of wines and champagnes housed in one of the finest cellars at sea. Please ask your on board wedding coordinator for more details. Wines and champagnes are booked on board, and all associated amounts are charged to your on board account at the end of your cruise.

If you would like to buy the first round of drinks for your guests, you can open a tab with a maximum limit of your choice. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator to organise this for you once on board.
