Your renewal of vows package costs £250 and includes:

• an attractive ceremony venue on board
• a bouquet and matching buttonhole (or two of either on request)
• a romantic ceremony conducted by the Captain*
• a professional photographer to capture the ceremony
• a single-tier iced celebration cake
• a bottle of champagne
• your chosen portrait photograph of the ceremony
• a silver-plated photo frame
• a commemorative certificate signed by the Captain*
• a gift from P&O Cruises of a pair of contemporary champagne flutes

Your ceremony

The renewal of vows package is available on all P&O Cruises ships. Your ceremony will be held in a private venue on board.

There are three options available for you to choose from for ceremony: A religious ceremony, a civil ceremony and a civil partnership. Each lasts approximately 30 minutes. A professional photographer will be in attendance at your ceremony and your favourite image of the day is included in your renewal of vows package. Of course, all other photographs will be available for purchase.

Ventura - The Ivory Suite

Ventura's Ivory Suite is a purpose-built function room with seating for up to 40 guests. Situated on the Sun Deck, it is a modern and contemporary venue with an abundance of natural light and a cool neutral colour scheme - ideal for a sophisticated ceremony.

Oceana - The Captain's Lounge

The Captain's Lounge offers a truly unique opportunity. Enjoy a ceremony conducted by the ship's Captain* in his private function room, far from the hustle and bustle of the public areas. The Captain’s Lounge will hold up to 25 guests.

Arcadia - The Viceroy Room

Situated on Arcadia’s Sun Deck, the Viceroy Room is a restful, contemporary yet comfortable space with a timeless feel. This venue will seat up to 25 guests comfortably and is the ideal setting for an intimate ceremony.

Aurora - The Uganda Room

Situated on Aurora's Sun Deck adjacent to her Crow's Nest, the Uganda Room is a private party venue with a truly elegant feel. With wood panelling and floor-to-ceiling windows, this space offers a relaxed and intimate venue for ceremonies, comfortably holding up to 25 guests.

Oriana - The Captain's Lounge

Only available for private functions, The Captain's Lounge on Oriana is a stunning location. Spanning the length of the Bridge with panoramic sea views, this is a unique opportunity to renew your vows in the Captain's personal function room. The venue is ideal for any party, holding up to a total of 40 guests.

Artemis - Starlights

Starlights is situated on D Deck and is a sumptuous, intimate lounge with low ceilings, soft lighting and a beautiful glass spiral staircase. The dedicated ceremony area is adjacent to the main lounge and can be curtained off for complete privacy - a truly intimate venue. This location is ideal for any party, holding up to a total of 40 guests.

A range of extra touches are also available. From a champagne breakfast in bed and relaxing massage in the Oasis Spa, to buttonholes for your guests and a video of the ceremony, why not mark the occasion with a little indulgence? We are also able to arrange a private party with canapés or reserve a table for you in one of our main restaurants. Your loved ones can even purchase celebratory gifts through the Gift Collection or you can arrange a special surprise for someone close.

*If the Captain is unable to conduct the ceremony, his senior representative will be asked to perform the role on his behalf.
