Problem - You have not registered for an account on the new website. Unfortunately, customer accounts could not be transferred from the previous P&O Cruises website. There are two ways to register for an account:
a) Portunus Club members can go to http://www.pocruises.com/RegisterUrn.axd and enter their Portunus membership number.
b) Otherwise you will need to go to http://www.pocruises.com/Register.axd and complete the form.
2. You are told that you are already registered
Problem - You have registered previously using a different email address, name or Portunus membership number. If you wish to have your registered details changed, you will need to contact us by emailing theportunusclub@pocruises.com.
If you are a Portunus Club member and you are unsure of the details you have previously registered with, you will need to contact us by sending an email to theportunusclub@pocruises.com.
3. Your Portunus Club membership points and cruise history are not correct
This problem is caused by your account being registered using details that do not exactly match the database details that we hold for you. This problem should now be rectified and should no longer be experienced. If you do experience this problem, please email theportunusclub@pocruises.com.
