South Cornwall

South Cornwall is an intriguing land of contrasts and surprises with a magnificent coastline. Its thick green rolling hills meander down to the shore where whitewashed fishing villages meet the sea. There are tranquil sheltered estuaries, beautiful sandy beaches and a collection of tiny fishing ports and medieval harbours.

Cape Cornwall, just 4 miles north of Land's End, is a small headland near the town of St Just. Up until 200 years ago, and the first Ordnance Survey, Cape Cornwall was thought to be the most westerly point in Cornwall.
