P&O Cruises has come top of the list of travel sector businesses for customer satisfaction

We’re thrilled to say that we’ve topped the list of travel sector businesses in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index, produced annually by the Institute of Customer Service.

 

The Institute of Customer Service is the independent, professional membership body for customer service, and the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) is a national measure of customer satisfaction.

 

P&O Cruises gained a satisfaction score of 83.6%, an annual improvement of 3.4 percentage points. The average across all UK organisations is 77.8%, while the tourism industry averages 80.2%.
