Very disappointing
Service and entertainment on free fall. Cruising is getting more like an old Butlins type holiday food not as good, now served plated and desserts seem in the main to come from Iceland.On board spend going up to keep the shops open and to get us to pay for better meals in franchised restaurants. After sales service even worse when ask for my details to be sent to a person on our table, who has had a lifetime problem, so as I can get her in contact with a friend who has overcome the problem told breached DATA protection. Load of rubbish as you are emailing this person on a regular basis as she is a high club member and I was giving you authority to send an email from me showing my details as message that does not infringe Data protection. This is the same as me giving you the right to email me.

I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy certain aspects of your recent cruise, I would like to assure you that passenger satisfaction is extremely important to us. Unbelievable service considering where we were and how much we'd paid
Reception staff in particular Poohnan was absolutely useless and made our first day on board totally stressful and unacceptable to say the least. I've cruised twice previously with P & O and this was by far the worst! It was my daughter's 18th birthday and if the captain and co-ordinator hadn't pulled out all of the stops, we all agreed we'd never cruise again!

I am sure you can appreciate, this is certainly not our intention and I sincerely regret that the enjoyment of your cruise was effected to such an extent. I am however pleased to know that your daughter was able to enjoy celebrating her 18th Birthday.
