I’ve sailed for the last time with P&O!
We had issues with service in MDR from both waiters and wine waiters from the day we embarked Britannia. I had a exceptionally rude encounter with a female wine waitress on the 2nd evening. The crew on the whole did not seem a happy bunch. Standards have definitely slipped since I first sailed with P&O. We also had issues the first day with our cabin steward although things settled down with him after the first two days. The crew seem very overworked, especially cabin stewards. Sun beds on the upper decks were another major task! I could go on but enough said. Suffice it to say, after sailing five times with P&O I think that will be my last cruise with them!

I am really sorry to read that you felt the service you received from some of our waiters/waitresses was not god and that you feel our standards have dropped to that of previous cruises. You need to be patient to eat in main dining rooms!
Restaurant service very slow, menus very bland, poor entertainment.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read your comments and that you feel disappointed in the service and food within the Restaurant.We go to considerable lengths to ensure that the menus we offer give a good variety, as you will appreciate, we have to cater for a divergence of tastes on board, and that the standards of quality, presentation and of course service are consistently high. I therefore sincerely apologise for how you felt.

We do understand that entertainment can be very subjective and won't always appeal to everyone; however I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
