The irrepressible, award-winning wine expert and passionate foodie, Olly Smith heads up The Glass House restaurant and bar with P&O Cruises. In 2015 he was listed in Debrett’s 500, a celebration of Britain’s most inspiring and influential people. In The Glass House, he brings the world of wine to you – varieties from all four corners of the globe, by the glass, by the bottle, and if you fancy, by a plate of fabulous food.

Tom Parker-Bowles on board

Tom is a British food writer and Restaurant Critic for The Mail on Sunday. Tom won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 award for his writings on British food and the Fortnum and Mason Food Critic of the Year in 2020. He is Food Editor of Esquire and a Contributing Editor to a Condé Nast Traveller.

 

Tom is the successful author of eight books on food. He is also known for his appearances as a judge and critic in numerous television food series including MasterChef.
