Trouble logging into your P&O Cruises account or booking?
We know how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to access your My P&O Cruises account or manage your cruise bookings and things just aren’t working. Whether you're logging in using your booking reference or your email address, this guide will walk you through the steps to get back on board.

First things first: What’s the issue?
Before diving into fixes, let’s figure out how you’re trying to log in:
- Are you using your upcoming cruise booking reference?
- Or are you logging in with your email address?
Take a moment to look at the screen you’re on. There are three different log in pages:
- My Account login: If you have a P&O Cruises My Account, you’ll need to log in using the email address used to create the account andthe password you set.
- My P&O Cruises login: This uses your upcoming booking reference andyour name and date of birth as they appear on your passport.
- Pay my balance login: This uses your upcoming booking reference andyour name and date of birth as they appear on your passport.
Once you know which login method you're using, follow the steps below.
My Account login - logging in with your email address and password
If you're attempting to log in to your P&O Cruises My Account, using the email address and password you to create your account,, here’s what to check:
Make sure you’re on the right log in page. It will look like this:
Once you’ve confirmed you’re on the right page, check that:
- You’re using the same email address that you used to register for your P&O Cruises My Account. This may be different to the one you used when making a cruise booking. Ensure there aren’t any typos in the address, nor extra characters or spaces before or after the email address.
- You’ve entered the correct password (click the little eye icon on the right-hand side of the password field to double-check what you typed).
If you’re still encountering difficulties, you will get an error message. The message you receive will determine how to continue.
Let’s have a look at the messages you may be getting:
For messages starting “Incorrect password...”
This means your email is recognised, but the password is wrong.
Click the ‘Forgot password/email’ link and follow the steps in the email you receive from us. If you can’t see the email, ensure you check your junk or spam folder.
Once you reset your password, try logging into your account again.
For messages starting “We don’t recognise this email address...”
This means there’s no P&O Cruises account linked to that email. Making a booking with P&O Cruises does not automatically create an account for you, and the email you used to make your upcoming cruise booking may differ from the one you used to open your P&O Cruises account.
If you have another email address, check the inbox for any emails from reservations@emails.pocruises.com.
If you want to create an account using a new email, click ‘Register’ to create a new account. You’ll get an email from us with an ‘Activate account’ link. Click it, follow the on-screen instructions, set a password, and log in.
For messages starting “Welcome back – we’ve updated My Account...”
You’re being asked to reset your password because we recently made changes to the P&O Cruises My Account portal.
To reset your password, just click on the link in the email we sent you and follow the on-screen instructions.
Haven't got an email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it’s hiding in there.
If you see any other error messages or nothing seems to work, please get in touch.
Still can’t log in?
You can still manage your booking or pay your balance using your booking reference and your name and date of birth as it appears on your passport.
Just head to the Manage My Booking page, https://www.pocruises.com/login/manage-booking or the Pay your balance page, https://www.pocruises.com/login/pay-balance.

My P&O Cruises login - logging in with your upcoming cruise booking reference
If you're attempting to log in using a P&O Cruises booking reference, here’s how to troubleshoot:
Check you’re on the right page, it will look like either of these:
Step-by-step checklist:
Double-check your details. Make sure the cruise booking reference is entered correctly – check for typos, or spaces wrongly entered before or after the booking reference, for example. This will be on the confirmation email you received from us, or on any emails from reservations@emails.pocruises.com.
You will also need your first name, last name, and date of birth. These must match exactly with what’s on your passport.
If all of the details are correct and you’re still unable to log in, try loading the web page in a private browser window. You can do this by opening an ‘Incognito’ window in Google Chrome or , an ‘InPrivate’ window in Edge or entering Private Browsing mode in Safari, for e.g.
If this doesn’t works, try logging in using a different device. If possible, switch to another phone, tablet, or computer—or ask a friend or family member to try for you.
