Baggage allowances vary by carrier, route, and class, and may not be the same for all flights in your itinerary. The baggage allowance on UK domestic flights may be less than on international flights. Your baggage allowance can be found within your flight information.
For our Mediterranean fly-cruises, all guests arriving into Europe must collect their baggage on arrival at the baggage carousel and pass through customs.
For our Caribbean fly-cruises, those travelling on TUI Airways or Norse Atlantic charter flights will not need to collect their baggage on arrival, as we operate bonded luggage, where it will be collected on your behalf and delivered to your cabin.
Those travelling on scheduled flights will need to collect their hold luggage on arrival at the airport and pass through customs. Please refer to your flight confirmation for more information.

What documents/visas do I need?

If your flight is cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, we’ll re-book your flight on your behalf and notify you of your new flight details.If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, your airline will automatically re-book your flight and provide new details at the check-in desk.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled?

If you’re catching an international flight, we recommend you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your plane departs. If you’re travelling to Europe, we advise you arrive no later than 2 hours before departure.

When do I have to arrive at the airport?

If this happens to you then please call our Flights team in the Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 so we can check your flight booking reference and passenger name record.

Why does the airline not recognise my flight booking reference or passenger name record? 

All of our flight tickets are electronic only, so you won’t need a physical flight ticket for check-in.
