Can I purchase the cruise plan option during the cruise?

Each guest aged 18 years (21 years in United States of America ports) and older may bring up to one litre of wine or Champagne on board when they embark the ship for the first time only. Wine or Champagne over the one-litre limit will be stored and returned to the guest prior to the end of the cruise. If this alcohol is consumed in the dining rooms, bars, restaurants or lounge areas, it will be subject to a corkage fee of £20* per bottle, per occasion, which will be charged to the guest’s on-board account. Other alcohol types such as spirits are considered restricted items and guests are prohibited from bringing them on board when they first embark the ship.&nbsp;Any alcoholic beverages purchased mid-cruise in ports of call cannot be consumed on board. Guests will need to declare and hand over any alcohol bought in port at the gangway. How do I view my Future Cruise Credit?

There will be a select number of seats reserved for The Caribbean Pass guests to use. These will be available at every evening performance in Headliners Theatre on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you can’t get into your preferred timeslot, there will be others available. Please be in your seats 5 minutes before the show begins, as once doors are closed there will be no admission to the theatre. Please display your lanyard or cruise cards for staff to direct you to the best seats in the house.

How does priority theatre seating work? 

You can book and pay for your meal at most of our speciality dining venues before your holiday, while other restaurants are prices by dish and charged at the end of your meal. If you have booked a cruise with us, you can make dining reservations on your My P&amp;O Cruises online portal from 120 days before departure. How far in advance is speciality dining available to purchase pre-cruise? 

The Guest Wi-Fi on board your cruise utilises internet signals that are wirelessly transmitted thousands of miles via a satellite to and from your ship, wherever it is in the world. This technology does not come without a cost, but we do our best to keep our prices affordable, so our guests can enjoy a seamless internet access while on board.Due to the nature of the satellite transmission, the Wi-Fi may sometimes be slower at sea when compared to terrestrial connectivity. Geographical location, weather and the number of users using the system can have an impact on connectivity speed.

How is satellite internet different from internet at home?

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach the original payment card.

How long will my refund take to go back onto my card?

You may book as many as you like – however we recommend allowing 1 hour between departures. If you miss a shore experience due to a delay on the previous experience, you will receive a full refund.

How many shore experiences can I book in one day?

How much are the drinks on board?

The price is £28 per adult passenger, per day based on two adults sharing a cabin.
Children 17 and under and any third or fourth adult passengers sharing the same cabin receive most benefits for free, excluding Wi-Fi, spa credit, and retail offers.

How much does The Caribbean Pass cost? 

You’ll be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase. The last four digits of the card appear in your order summary under Billing Information at the top of the order page.

How will I receive my refund?

&lt;p&gt;Simply purchase your wine package through My Cruise and your wine package voucher will be waiting in your cabin. Simply present the voucher to your wine steward, who will bring the selected bottle to your table.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

 How will my bottles of wine be delivered?

When the wheelchair or mobility scooter is not in use, it must be stored within your cabin.

If your flight is cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, we’ll re-book your flight on your behalf and notify you of your new flight details.If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, your airline will automatically re-book your flight and provide new details at the check-in desk.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled?

We understand how much our guests look forward to every part of their holiday. However, occasionally port or itinerary changes may occur for operational or weather-related reasons outside of our control. In such cases, no partial refunds will be provided for any unused elements of The Caribbean Pass.

What happens if we’re unable to call at a destination and, as a result, I don’t benefit from the priority gangway access?

When can I book The Retreat?

If you’re catching an international flight, we recommend you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your plane departs. If you’re travelling to Europe, we advise you arrive no later than 2 hours before departure.

Once your flights are finalised, a flight confirmation email will be sent with all the details.
If you’ve booked your P&amp;O Cruises holiday directly with us, you’ll receive the confirmation directly to the email used when you made your booking.
If you booked through a travel agent, your agent will receive the confirmation email on your behalf.
We’ll let you know if anything changes and reissue your confirmation with why things have changed.

When will I receive my flight confirmation?

For a hassle-free holiday, all of our ships cater for most diets, allergies and intolerances including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, low fat, low salt, lactose intolerant, dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, low cholesterol, diabetic and kosher.
