Flowers are subject to availability. Flowers cannot be purchased less than 4 days before the departure date of your voyage. Flower purchases may be cancelled at any time. A non-refundable cancellation charge equal to 100% of a Flower bouquet price is payable where Gift Packages are cancelled less than 4 days before the departure date of your voyage. For all other cancellations, a full refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase a Gift Package or Florist bouquet. Gift and Florist items may differ from pictures shown on pocruises.com or My P&O Cruises.
