Gifts may be cancelled at any time; however, a non‑refundable cancellation charge equal to 100% of the gift price will apply where gifts are cancelled less than four days before departure. For all other cancellations, a full refund will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. Items may differ from the images shown on pocruises.com or My P&O Cruises, and P&O Cruises may substitute items of comparable or greater value if the included items are unavailable onboard.
