Yes, you can book one of our&nbsp;<a title="Ceremonies at Sea Packages" href="https://www.pocruises.com/ceremonies-at-sea/ceremonies" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ceremonies at Sea packages</a>, such as the Wedding at Sea, Just the Two of Us, Renewal of Vows or Engagement package. We advise making your enquiry as soon as possible for the best chance of availability.

Can I arrange a special occasion on board a cruise?

To order a Gift for someone with a different booking, you’ll need to place your order at least four days before the cruise departs by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 03453 555 111 and giving the recipient’s full name and date of birth. Lines are open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Local call charges apply.

Can I order flowers, a gift, a birthday cake or a surprise treat for someone on a cruise?

No, all Gift Packages and Flowers must be paid for at the time of booking. You can do this via My P&amp;O Cruises, with a valid credit or debit card.

Can I pay for Gift Packages & Flowers with my on-board spending money?

Our Ultimate Celebration, Bon Voyage, Birthday and Welcome On Board Packages along with a fine selection of Florist Bouquets and flowers are available to purchase on My Cruise and selecting the gift tab.To add bottles of wine and tasty treats to your booking, please speak to our dedicated team on 03453 555 111.

How can I add a Gift to my booking?

You can make amendments or cancel a purchase on My P&amp;O Cruises.Visit the My Orders page to cancel your Gift or Floristry. Gift Packages &amp; Florist bouquets and flowers may be cancelled at any time. A non-refundable cancellation charge equal to 100% of a Gift Package or Floristry price is payable where Gift Packages or Floristry are cancelled less than 4 days before the departure date of your cruise. For all other cancellations a full refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase a Gift Package or Floristry products.

How do I amend or cancel my Gift or Flower Package?

If I cancel my cruise, will I be able to get a refund on my Gift Packages and Flowers?
