1. Closing date for the draw is 19 January 2022 at 11.59pm. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the prize draw.

2. To enter, simply comment on our Facebook Prize Draw post with your favourite cocktail.

3. Only one entry per person will be valid.

4. The prize is a signed copy of P&O Cruises Food Hero Olly Smith’s ‘Home Cocktail Bible’.

5. There will be 2 winners who will be selected at random from the valid entries received by us before the closing date.

6. The decision of P&O Cruises will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.

8. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook by 21 January 2022. The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of the winner responding to P&O Cruises but delivery of the prize may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

9. If a winner does not respond to P&O Cruises within 7 days of being notified of their win, the winner's prize will be forfeited and P&O Cruises shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, or if the winner is unable to claim their prize for any other reason, the winner's prize will be forfeited and P&O Cruises shall be entitled to select another winner.

10. No employees of Carnival plc or their suppliers may enter into the draw.

11. The draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required to ensure winner is 18 or over.

12. No third party entries. Spammers and bulk entries will be disqualified.

13. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, corrupt, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.

14. The promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice and/or substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

15. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

16. Surname and counties of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Olly Smith Prize Draw, P&O Cruises, Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact P&O Cruises on the details provided in these terms. In such circumstances, P&O Cruises must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 17. P&O Cruises will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with P&O Cruises’ privacy notice at pocruises.com/privacy.

18. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.

19. The promoter is Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises, Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST (the “Promoter”). Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
