Refunds for pre-cruise purchases on holidays departing before 31 August 2020

If you had already lined up extra experiences and treatments on board and your holiday has been cancelled or changed there’s no need to contact us. We will create an On Board Credit (to be used the next time you holiday with us) to the value of 110% for any purchases you may have made through My P&O Cruises or Flight Seat Booker. This also applies if your holiday remains as planned but you have chosen to cancel all or part of an order you’ve made through My P&O Cruises. This offer applies on all holidays departing before 31 August 2020.  

If you do not wish to take advantage of our enhanced 110% On Board Credit offer please complete this form by 30 November 2020. By completing the form below, you are forfeiting this offer and will instead receive 100% monetary compensation to the value of your cancelled pre-cruise purchase. Please note we are only able to process such requests via this online form due to the current demand on our Customer Contact Centre. Again, due to the extraordinary circumstances associated with COVID-19 and the associated impact to our Customer Contact Centre team and wider business, refunds may take up to 60 days to be processed.

Guests who have booked through agencies based outside of UK should please approach their travel agents to process the refund.
