Refunds for pre-cruise purchases on cancelled holidays departing on or before 15 October 2020

If you had already lined up extra experiences on board there’s no need to contact us. For cruises that were due to depart on or before 15 October 2020 we will create an On Board Credit (to be used the next time you holiday with us) to the value of 110% for any purchases you may have made through My P&O Cruises, Flight Seat Booker, your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre. You may use your On Board Credit across multiple holidays you have booked with us, up until and including 30 November 2022.

If you do not wish to take advantage of our enhanced 110% On Board Credit offer please complete this form by 30 November 2020. By completing the form below, you are forfeiting this offer and will instead receive 100% monetary compensation to the value of your cancelled pre-cruise purchase. Please note we are only able to process such requests via this online form because of the demand on our Customer Contact Centre. We are working to process all new and outstanding refund requests as quickly as possible.
