Experience Details*
Sit back and enjoy the scenic ride to Randers, nestled on the banks of the Guden River. It’s Denmark's only natural river harbour and has been a market town since 1302. As you stroll through the old cobblestone lanes, lined with traditional half-timbered houses, you’ll see the city's famous Jutland Stallion statue, the Natural History Museum and the old Town Hall with its monument to 14th-century Danish hero Niels Ebbesen. Your next stop is the three geodesic domes of Randers Rainforest. Recreating rainforest environments of South America, Asia and Africa, the theme park features over 350 different plants and more than 175 species of animals, including monkeys, sloths, parrots and even manatees. Explore at ground level or climb to the treetop walkway for views of the rainforest canopy.
