Gaze out at the idyllic, unspoilt landscapes as you drive to Magerholm to take the ferry across the serene fjord to Sykkylven. At Strandafjell, hop on the cable car and admire the views which become more and more beautiful as you ascend to the summit at 3,400 feet above sea level.
Take some time to soak up the vistas over the fjord village of Stranda, the awe-inspiring Storfjord and the jagged mountains. Enjoy a coffee break at the restaurant before you head back down and set off on your scenic drive back to Ålesund – this time via the ferry crossing from Stranda to Liabgyda and along the bank of the picturesque Nordfjord.
