Journey into the heart of Alicante’s old town, to the cool setting of the Santa Barbara Castle ruins, for a unique Alicante Napkin Cheese workshop. Lead by award-winning master cheese maker, Chelo Martinez, you’ll learn the ins and outs of preparing this tasty delicacy from scratch, together with classic cottage cheese. Made with goat’s milk, this fresh cheese boasts a mild flavour, and gets its name from the cloth used in its production, which also provides its unique shape. During this unforgettable experience, you’ll also raise a glass or two of local wines, vermouth and Fondillón.

Guests must be 18 or over to participate in the Vermouth tasting. The tour includes short return transfer using the shuttle service, and a short walk to access the venue in the heart of Alicante. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
