Lead by award-winning master cheese maker, Chelo Martinez, you’ll learn the ins and outs of preparing this tasty delicacy from scratch, together with classic cottage cheese. Made with goat’s milk, this fresh cheese boasts a mild flavour, and gets its name from the cloth used in its production, which also provides its unique shape. During this unforgettable experience, you’ll also raise a glass or two of local wines, vermouth and Fondillón.
