Relax on the scenic drive through the lowlands of North Amsterdam. Stop off to photograph the most classic of Dutch landmarks – a typical windmill – and pass through pretty towns and villages such as Oosthuizen, Edam and Volendam.
Admire the colourful wooden houses in the quaint town of Broek-in-Waterland, many of which date back to before 1850. Here you’ll have the option to join a leisurely guided walk before visiting a local cheese farm. Taste a variety of aromatic Dutch cheeses, followed by tea, coffee and a delicious slice of cake.
