Soak up the natural beauty and get an insight into island life, as you ride across this enchanting island.
Sit back and relax as you make your way into the heart of St John’s, accompanied by your experienced and knowledgeable guide. Then you’ll head out into the tropical countryside, which is dotted with colourful tranquil villages, charming churches and endless rolling hills.
Your scenic journey will take you to the North Sound region, past the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, and through the villages of All Saints, Liberta and Falmouth.
Then you’ll travel down the island’s most picturesque route, lush Fig Tree Drive, which is also home to Antigua’s tropical forest. ‘Fig’ is the Antiguan word for banana, and although you’ll pass through groves of wild mango, guava, orange, and coconut, you’ll see bananas at every turn.
Fig Tree Drive follows the scenic southwest coast to Old Road, and as it climbs up and down the hillsides, it provides breath-taking views. You’ll also pass the pineapple fields at Cades Bay and a collection of beautiful beaches, before returning to your ship.
