After watching the short, enlightening film, Discover Barbados, you’ll have a moment to prepare for the exhilarating Monkey Zipline, which towers at over 100-foot above the ground. Then muscle up for the 14-element Gully Challenge Course adventure, the largest obstacle course in the Caribbean. You can catch your breath quietly at the Green Monkey Bar & Grill, which sells light snacks and drinks, then chill out a little more on a picturesque nature trail filled with the island’s stunning flora and fauna. You’ll also discover the colourful history of rum on a self-guided tour through the Mount Gay Experience.
