Guests are advised when booking this experience 1 adult ticket will include 1 wheelchair accessible place and 1 companion seat. This tour can only accommodate manual wheelchairs with a maximum weight of 180kg (guest and wheelchair combined), maximum length of 1200mm and a maximum width of 700mm. For guests own health and safety, regrettably mobility scooters cannot be accommodated on accessible vehicles. There is minimal walking on this tour. However, there are approximately 15 steps to negotiate at the entrance to Palacio San Joseren and gravel ground. The lift to the top of the Hanging Bridge is not included in the tour; you may choose to take the lift during limited free time, however as the lift holds approximately 8 people, there may not be sufficient time for all passengers on the tour to do so. The visit involves approximately 15 minutes’ walking.
