You’ll have a unique chance to visit this historic Creole manor house and discover the traditions and time-honoured techniques used to produce prestigious Rhum Clément. Derived from the direct distillation of sugar cane juice, this agricultural rum has been prepared on the estate since 1917. You’ll join the distillery’s cocktail master and learn the ins and outs of making signature Clément cocktails. As well as sampling fresh sugar cane juice, you’ll also enjoy the results of your newfound cocktail skills.
