Savour a welcoming introduction to Gibraltar along with a delicious wine tasting, on this leisurely panoramic journey.
Sit back and relax on your panoramic drive. You’ll pass a host of sights, including Gibraltar’s old fortifications, the American War Memorial, and The Trafalgar Cemetery, before you get to Europa Point. There you can soak up amazing views of the North African coast, across the 12-mile Straits of Gibraltar.
Then at the Chatham Counterguard, a defensive wall whose historic vaults have been transformed into lively restaurants and wine boutiques, your tasting will begin. Here in these rich, historic surroundings, you can savour an aperitif sherry with an assortment of Ibérico cold meats and cheese, followed by samples of red and white wines from local vineyards.
Afterwards you’ll have some free time to explore Main Street, before returning to your ship.
